We have to keep on working despite win over Rwanda: Honda


Japanese players celebrate victory over Rwanda in Mexicali.

Mexicali, Mexico, July 5 2013 - Japanese coach Hiroshi Honda remarked that despite victory against Rwanda, his team must keep on working and improving to finish in best place possible.

Japan won against Rwanda in the Round Robin to define the 17-20 places at FIVB Boys' U19 World Championship in the city of Mexicali.

Hiroshi Honda, coach of Japan: "Rwanda team did a vey hard work. We focused in our reception in this match to win it. But even though We won, we have to improve and keep on working ahead."

Jean Marie Vianney, coach of Rwanda: "Japan had a very good defense, very good blocking and also served very well. It was difficult for us."

Tsubasa Hisahara, captain of Japan: "We are glad. The good point is we won in straight sets and did not any mistakes."

Jacques Iradukunda, captain of Rwanda: "It was not easy today against a team like Japan. Played very good defense. However, for us there are many positive things and experiences to learn at this world championship."
