Goals are clear for Korean coach Kim Youngil

Korea is 2-0 and expects to advance as far as possible.

Mexicali, Mexico, June 29 2013 — To work hard in Pool Phase and to reach the semifinals are part of the top priorities for Kim Youngil.

The Korean head coach and his team’s captain recognized the good quality of Algerian players shown on the first set. So they had to work harder in their service.

Kim Youngil, coach of Korea: “It was a similar match like the first one. Our goal is still the same, to reach semifinals and to contend for a medal.”

Dong-Geun Jeong, captain of Korea: “Algeria was a difficult team to beat, they showed a good quality on the first set. We must get out to the court and play orderly.”

Salem Walid Ait, captain of Algeria: “We began playing very well, but we lost that concentration and could not achieve a good result.”

Sidi Mohammed Ghomari, coach of Algeria: “Congratulations to Korea. We had a good start but as match went by We stopped to play aggressively and went less combative. We need more experience to solve that and We expect to correct that situations.”
