Great positive experience for the Argentine National Junior Men team in Tunisia prior to Morocco World Championship
 

Kelibia, Tunisia, 5th July 2007 - The Argentine National Junior Men Team, in its last preparation prior to the 2007 Junior Men World Championship, got two victories in four friendly matches played against the adult Tunisia Men Team in the city of Kelibia. Now, the team coached by Juan Cichello will travel on Thursday to Rabat - where they will play on Saturday, July 7th their first World Championship match vs. Slovenia at 10:00 am local time.
Cichello during the four matches changed start line-up players with substitutes to give all of them the last hard training in real matches. The main players where the ones that got the two victories against the team that played last year at the second round vs. Argentina at the 2006 Japan Men World Championship and also, prior, at a friendly tour in the South part of Argentina playing against the Argentine National "B" Men Team.
Argentina will play in Pool B, first against Slovenia and then vs. Brazil, Russia, USA and Egypt.
The twelve players that will participate of the World Championship are:
Luciano De Cecco - Maximiliano Cavanna (Setters), Rodrigo Quiroga - Federico Pereyra - Mauricio Viller - Santiago Alvarez (Wing Spikers), Gaston Tissera - Franco Giachetta - Tomás Layus (Middle Players), Patricio Vera - Lucas Frontini (Opossite Players) and Facundo Santucci (Libero).
The coaching team includes:
Juan Manuel Cichello (Head Coach), Luis Testa (Assistant Coach), Federico Fernandez Mentaberry (Statistics), Javier Prezioso (Manager), Fernando Catapano (Doctor) and Julian Alvarez (Statistics).
