The Dominicans are too strong for the Mexicans

Jeoselyna RODRIGUEZ ( DOM) spikes
Mexicali, Mexico, July 20, 2009- The Dominican Republic team returned back to the winning rhythm defeating the host team Mexico 3-0 (25-10, 25-20, 25-20) in a classic north American (Norceca) face of in the first day of the second round of the 2009 Women’s Junior World Championship held here at Auditorio del Estado Ciudad Deportiva hall in Mexicali, Mexico on Monday.
 Every match the strugglers of Dominican introduce a new star and in this match it was the efficient spiker Ana Binet who was the match scorer with 15 points with her regularly performing teammates Jeoselyna Rodriguez and Elisa Eve. From the Mexican side Kapla Sainz was the scorer with 9 points.
 The Dominican team started the match more concentrating in front of the heavy spectator attendance in the hall. The Caribbean team went ahead in the Norceca regular derby to lead 4-1 through the spikes of Jeoselyna Rodriguez and Elisa Eve. Mexico returned back to the match through deploying their block against the Dominican attacks and arranging the backline defense and succeeded to reach the draw 5-5. The Dominicans returned back to their fast attacks through Estefany Arias and the side attacks through Jeoselyna and Eve. The Dominicans worked hard with Ana Binet in the framework to win the set 25-20.
 The second set showed early Mexican activity through the center Karla Sainz who performed well in stopping the Dominican attacks for a while. Mexico continued leading till the STT 16-15 when Ana emerged again scoring more points for the Dominicans with the aid of Jeoselyna to come over and win the set 25-20.
 The Dominican players became highly motivated in the third set and in contrary the Mexicans lost the consistency and again Jeoselyna and eve emerged to get the critical points for their team to win the set 25-20 and the match in straight sets.
