Press Conference #42: Canada Versus Greece

Canada seeking a point off the attack against Greece

Canada Head coach Chris Green
“I am not satisfied with my team’s performance. But my boys played better today and cut down Greece’s challenge. We wanted to have two rival players under control. But we atleast succeeded in one. That is okay. My boys focus was off at times. That was not good.”

Canada captain Rudy Verhoeff
“Overall it was a good game. It is good who got exposure to such international matches. Greece’s defence was excellent and that was problem.”

Greece Assistant coach Dimitriadis
“The whole was the first set. That we lost after leading all the way. Had won won the first set we would have won the match. We lost because of two bad attacks.”

Greece captain Mitar Tsourits
“We were 100 % sure we would win the first set. Our attack was not good in difficult situations.”
