Korea dismissed the Organizers in the biggest surprise
It was a big surprise beyond the expectations of the big number of host spectators attending their match against South Korea in the big Hall of Iran's Capital as they saw their team, one of the most favorites losing their first match to the Asian Champions 3-1(28-26, 18-25,25-23, 25-23) in the death Pool A. It was actually a Drama night for 6000 spectators attending the match. The first set was the key of success for the Koreans as they had the long breath to win 28-26 after a very exciting show, with their super star Kang Dong in the top form. The Iranians corrected the situation rapidly in the second set as they won 25-18 after a good performance of Kolivand Rohallah. The korrean were in their day as they gave a lesson of recent volleyball to win both in the same result 25-23.
