Canada Dismissed Tunisia easily
Canada dismissed Japan easily 3-1(25-12, 25-21, 22-25, 25-12). In the first set, Canada team started the match by a group of attacking complexes using the strong spiker Dodds Mark to lead 6-2, but Tunisia team rearrange their block to narrow the gap in the first technical time-out to 8-6. Again Canada regained the attacking rhythm using the weak Tunisian block and the high performance of team captain Caroll Leo to end the set 25-12.
In the second set Tunisia started more actively on the net by the spiker Gara Morad to lead in the first few minutes, but the more disciplined Canada regain the lead to end the first technical time-out 8-6. Tunisia arranged their block by Ben Hassine Bilal to marrow the point difference to 22-20, but the Canadian ended the set 25-21.
Tunisia rose to the best performance in the third set by the efficient spikes of Gara Mourad and the different setting actions of Kammoun Skander to lead for the first time in the match 8-5. Canadian Coach, Larry McKay pushed some players from the bench to arrange the back defense, but the high spirit Tunisian team ended the set 25-22.
In the fourth set Canada again led from the start by their perfect spikes especially from Cundy Nicholas and Classen Josh to reach to 16-7, then they continued to win easily 25-12.
