Match Descriptive

Japan beat Brazil 3-0 (26-24, 25-20, 25-22) - duration 1:22
13-Nov, start time: 19:00, end time: 20:22 - Attendance: 7,900

Japan played one of its best games in the world level competitions as it disposed off South American champion Brazil in straight sets, 26-24, 25-20, 25-22.
The tiny Japanese never looked as strong as tonight as they completely beat up their opponents on every aspect on the court, especially on attack where they perfectly demostrated the art of timing and accuracy.
Japan opened the night match in the typical Japanese way of yelling and crying with over 5,000 spectators in stands, making a couple of brilliant saves to claim the first set, 26-24.
The host led all the way to take the second set, 25-20, and never looked back to wrap up the match, setting the audiences into ecstasy when Brazil's Elisangela Oliveira stroke her serve onto the net to lose the game.
Brazil had nothing to cope with Japan's fast attacks and made few successful blocks though its players have the advantage of height. Only some powerful strikes could save them the face in the embarrassing loss.
