Step back with outside foot, stop on contact

Step to ball with outside foot

Create platform by dropping  inside shoulder

Create platform with shoulders and arms

Keep chin down upon contact ‘looking’ the ball into wrists

Transfer weight to the outside knee

Drop shoulder so chest faces target zone

Push arms in direction of target zone

Pass ‘high’ to target zone
