Cairo, Egypt, February 8, 2010 - The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the Africa Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) lost one of the great pillars of Volleyball in the world after the CAVB Vice-President Mr. Abdoulaye Baba Sy passed away in the capital of Senegal in Dakar on Monday after a long fight with illness during the past two years.

Lausanne, Switzerland, February 3, 2010 – The FIVB has unveiled its 58-strong International Referees List for 2010, which was approved by the FIVB Refereeing Commission and is expected to be ratified by the FIVB Board of Administration during its April 14-16 meeting in the Dominican Republic.
