This SAP course for Teachers held in Bhutan
had 20 participants (16 male and 4 female),
all first timers. Most of the
provinces of the country were represented.
The Bhutanese Federation will focus on
districts for future events.
"Bhutanese Volleyball leaders have
shown that interschool competition is easy
to organise", Zohair Ammar, the Course
Instructor said.
The collaboration between the NF, NOC and
Sports Ministry was valuable and FIVB thanks
them for their support to Volleyball.
Volleyball is very popular in Bhutan and is
played widely by different age groups.
