The Beach Volleyball SAP course
held in Sao Tomé attracted 25 participants who
were taught how to organise a Beach Volleyball
tournament. Nine teams competed at the closing tournament.
The instructor from Brazil, Claudia Costa
Oliveira, was very pleased with the end result and
said that the players and participants organised a
fantastic tournament.
"It was really gratifying to see them working hard
and learn", she said.
The National Federation has been tremendously
supported by the NOC who is to be thanked
sincerely.
Claudia is ready to go back and work for further
improvements as they "really want to get involved",
she commented.
