Krakow, Poland, December 15, 2017 - Semifinals pairings are confirmed at the 2017 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Champioship, at the conclusion of pool play on Thursday evening across the two pools in Opole and Lodz, as the top four teams arrived in Krakow ahead of the semifinals on Saturday and medals matches on Sunday.

- 17:30 (16:30 GMT) on Saturday: Sada Cruzeiro (BRA) v Zenit Kazan (RUS)
- 20:30 (19:30 GMT) on Saturday: Cucine Lube Civitanova (ITA) v PGE Skra Belchatow (POL)

The Sada Cruzeiro v Zenit semifinal is a rematch of the last two finals of the competition. The Brazilian champions beat the Russian champions on both counts in 2015 (3-1) and 2016 (3-0), but both before a home crowd in Betim. It is the first time the two teams come head-to-head on neutral ground.

Lube and Skra meet for the first time in the history of the competition, as the Italian champions are making their debut appearance this year. Skra were twice runners-up in 2009 and 2010 and also picked up a bronze in 2012.

The Final Four of the 2017 Club World Championship will be played in Krakow's Tauron Arena, with the semifinals on Saturday and the medals matches on Sunday.
