World Grand Champions Cup: Brazil defend title with sweep of Japan

 
Brazil extended their reign in the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup as they completed the 2017 edition with a straight-set win over Japan
Osaka, Japan, September 17, 2017 – Brazil defended their title in the 2017 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup following a 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-22) win over hosts Japan on Sunday.

Brazil won their record fifth title and have extended their record of four consecutive title victories to completely dominate the Men's World Grand Champions Cup.

The Men’s World Grand Champions Cup featured a total of six teams playing in a round-robin tournament from September 12 to 17. Nagoya and Osaka hosted the seventh edition of the tournament.
