Rafael Lloreda re-elected as treasurer of Colombian Olympic Committee
Bogota, Colombia, March 11, 2017 – FIVB Executive Vice-President and South American Confederation President Dr. Rafael Lloreda was re-elected as treasurer of the Colombian Olympic Committee for the period of 2017-2021 at the Ordinary General Assembly at Hotel Tequendema on Saturday.
Incumbent president of the Colombian Olympic Committee, Baltazar Medina, has been re-elected for a third term.
The 52 national sports federations were present in the Ordinary General Assembly and gave support to the leaders who managed the Olympic Committee in the last four years.
The general assembly commenced with a report presented by the commissioners. Dr. Medina presented the president’s report, followed by the reports of Lloreda and Helder Navarro.
The Olympic Committee’s budget for the year 2017, as well as the Code of Ethics was approved in the general assembly.
