Curry shows off his volleyball skills
Lausanne, Switzerland, February 13, 2017 – NBA superstar Steph Curry showed recently that his ball skills aren’t limited solely to basketball.
The Golden State Warriors point guard demonstrated his volleyball skills during his side’s 130-114 win on the road against Oklahoma City Thunder.
As a timeout was called the ball fell to him and rather than catch the loose ball, the 28-year-old Curry executed a perfected bump, set and spike much to the crowd’s delight.
Check out Curry in action on the FIVB Instagram page.
During the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games, Curry’s Warriors teammate Kevin Durant was part of a group of USA basketball team members who visited the Copacabana Beach Arena to cheer on eventual bronze medallists April Ross and Kerri Walsh-Jennings.
It wasn’t the first time that Curry has played volleyball on court and we’re his sure his sister Sydel Curry, who plays setter for Elon University of Phoenix, is suitably impressed.
