May 21, 2003 - Poland have beaten Estonia 3-2 in their final friendly match in Szczyrk on Tuesday night ahead of their opening World League matches against Spain in Valencia this weekend.
The 23-25, 25-9, 25-21, 28-30, 15-10 win comes on the back of a 3-0 win on Monday night and completes a five-match warm-up series, including three games against Latvia, before Poland fly off to Spain on Thursday.
With Poland grouped in one of the most exciting World League pools (Pool A) with Russia, Spain and Venezuela, coach Waldemar Wspanialy used Tuesday night's to experiment with his lineup.
Lipinski, Rybak, Grzyb, Kadziewicz, Michalczyk, Siezieniewski, Ignaczak (libero) all started Tuesday night's match before Prygiel, Bakiewicz and Zygadlo were introduced.
Star players Nowak, Golas, Stelmach, Zagumny and Murek were all rested.
