COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo, September 4, 2003 - The USA men's national Volleyball team will hold
an intrasquad match in Colorado Springs on Thursday, September 11 at the United States Olympic Training Center to prepare for the Norceca Continental Championships, which start on September 25 in Mexico.

game while fans will also have a chance to see up-and-coming players like
Brook Billings, Clay Stanley, Reid Priddy, Gabe Gardner and Riley Salmon.
Team USA is currently 10-3 on the season. After starting the year with a
3-2 loss to Korea on June 15, the team reeled off 10 straight wins before
dropping its final two matches at the Pan American Games to Cuba and World
No. 1 Brazil to finish the tournament in fourth place.
Up next for the United States is perhaps one of its biggest tournaments of
the year, the NORCECA Championships where the eight-team field includes: Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba,
Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Puerto Rico.
The NORCECA Championship is crucial because it serves as a qualifier to the
first Olympic qualifier, the World Cup, which is scheduled for Nov. 16-30 in
Japan. The top three teams at the World Cup automatically qualify for the
