PLEASE NOTE:
The promoter will cover the board & lodging costs of all main draw teams taking part in the main draw for all days of the main draw.
All players are however personally responsible for all and any extra expensesat the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

Qualification Tournament teams: The promoter will not cover the board and lodging for these teams, but US$ 30, per player, per day, will be granted by the FRMVB (max. 2 days & max. 16 teams) to the  qualification tournament teams.

US$ 15'000: Prize money to be paid by the organiser to main draw teams as per the following breakdown & upon conclusion of the event:

July 22nd      Arrival of Qualification Tournament teams

Preliminary Inquiry and Technical Meetings & Uniforms

Players must attend the Preliminary Inquiry and present their uniforms and official forms (players' commitment, health certificate, Prize Money) during such inquiry.

Players must attend the Technical Meeting. Draws will be made during the meeting; seeding and detailed information on the competition will be distributed to players during the meeting.

Uniforms:
Uniforms will be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry. Players of the same team must wear the same color and style of shorts. The display of players' sponsors’ logos on shorts and accessories is free as long as it complies with FIVB advertising regulations.

Organisers will provide playing tank tops for the Saturday and Sunday matches only.

International & local transportation

Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

The organiser will however arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all main draw participants, Officials and referees, including transportation between the nearest international airport and the site, and when needed, between the official hotel(s) and the venue of any technical and official hospitality or social functions.

Insurance

It is mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical insurance. The FIVB nor the promoter will not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred while competing in this tournament.
