ACCOMMODATION POLICIES - RATES FOR EXTRA PERSONS/DAY
The local organizer will provide Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (double rooms) and meals starting from the evening of 10 July 2012 (including dinner) and ending with breakfast on the day after team's elimination.
For extra persons affiliated to National Federations, or accompanying persons or extra day(s) of stay for delegation members, the following rates apply.
The rate includes:
- accommodation as per Hotel Category
- all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- local transportation and transfers to / from Larnaca International Airport
- access to event areas as per accreditation policies
- participation in all side events
