All participating teams and their accompanying officials and coaches are recommended to apply early enough for visa to China, whenever needed and are responsible for the cost related.
It is necessary to send your scan copy of passport and contact as soon as possible the below contact for the customized invitation letter.

The organiser will provide hotel accommodation and meals for all participating teams (players only), starting from dinner on September 16th (previously 17th) to the next morning after the team is eliminated.
For the team officials, they can request a reservation in the same hotel, as well as boarding, with a special rate.
