Lausanne, Switzerland, April 30, 2011 – The International Volleyball Federation’s ground breaking online television coverage of prime FIVB Volleyball and Beach Volleyball events continues in 2011 with live streaming on FIVB Web TV of the semifinals and finals of the FIVB Swatch World Tour Sanya Open in China.
Following the outstanding success of FIVB TV’s coverage of the FIVB Swatch World Tour 2010 and the opening event coverage of the FIVB Swatch World Tour Brasilia Open in Brazil, FIVB Web TV is proud to continue its excellent coverage throughout the all-important 2011 season which features the qualification process for the 2012 Olympic Games on the FIVB Swatch World Tour as well as the FIVB Swatch World Championships.
Live streaming includes the Sanya semifinals at 10:00 (CET) on Saturday, followed by the bronze and gold medal matches on Sunday at 04:00 and 05:00 (CET) respectively.
Also featured on FIVB Web TV are replays of the medal matches in Brasilia and a highlights package of the 2010 season.
The next FIVB event to feature on FIVB Web TV will be the FIVB Swatch World Tour Shanghai Open in China from May 2-8.
