The following costs are covered by the promoter:

For female players
-1 double room per team (in total 32 teams) 
in the designated hotel for 3 nights (7-10 July 2009) 
with meals from the evening before the start of the Main Draw
- 4 double rooms (10-12 July 2009) for the finalist teams 


For male players
-1 double room per team (in total 32 teams) 
in the designated hotel for 3 nights (8-11 July 2009) 
with meals from the evening before the start of the Main Draw
- 4 double rooms (11-13 July 2009) for the finalist teams 

20 extra rooms per gender in the Main Draw Hotels 
(beginning on Monday of the event) have been reserved by the promoter 
as per decision of the last World Council. Please note that these 
will be released 4 weeks prior to the event if not reserved by the players.
