2013
The entry process for FIVB events was modified providing
great recognition to the national federations. National
Federation ranking was introduced to determine which
countries would participate in tournaments plus whether
they would play in the Main Draw or Qualifying of those
tournaments. Once the national federation positions are
determined, the teams (registered to play) with the highest
entry points from those respective countries will fill those
vacancies.
