Together: 2009 (1) // 2010 (2) // from 2011 (27)
Kinga Kolosinka and Monika Brzostek have played together for the
majority of their time together in their fledgling careers including
all five FIVB events this year. While this is their debut FIVB Beach
Volleyball World Championship, they have been regulars in age-
group competitions. In 2008 Brzostek won silver at the U21 World
Championships with Karolina Sowala and then a year later she
and Brzostek won U21 gold in Blackpool, England. The 23-year-old
Brzostek also played in the 2007 U19 and U21World Championships,
while Kolosinka, also 23, played at the 2007 and 2008 U19 World
Championships and after winning gold in 2009, returned to the U21
World Championships in 2010. Both players made their senior FIVB
debuts in front of Polish crowds; Brzostek at the Warsaw Open in
2006
and Kolosinka at the same tournament a year later.
