FIVB
registered Beach Volleyball players are free to play in
any National tournament abroad recognized by a National
Federation. Players do not need to go through
any International transfer procedure and there is no
need to pay a transfer fee. However, players need to
have a letter of authorization from their National Federation
and must comply with the regulations for each
respective National Circuit issued by the Organizers.
Any limitation concerning the number of foreign player
allowed taking part in a National Circuit remains the
responsibility of the competition’s Organizers.
The
above rules are valid only for National Circuits
officially homologated by the FIVB. National Federations
organizing a National Circuit are thus requested to
inform the FIVB about their respective calendar (places
and dates) and regulations in order for the FIVB to
grant them an official recognition.
Athletes taking part in a National Tour event not
sanctioned by the respective National Volleyball
Federation and not homologated by the FIVB are subject
to sanctions and/or disqualification
