Players are responsible for their own international and
domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are
requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.
The organiser will arrange and be responsible for all
local transportation for all Officials and referees, including
transportation between the nearest international airport
(Nantes)
and the site.

The
promoter will cover the board & lodging costs of referees and officials.
Teams (including
main draw) will be responsible of the board and lodging costs,
with the exception of national teams. The promoter will cover their
costs. |

Country quota playoff: July 22nd at 10h00 to fill the 16-team
main draw roster. This will be for the women only.
The French women's teams should be on-site at 9h00, across from the
Office of Tourism. Four winning teams (if in compliance with FIVB
regulations for Satellite events) will then advance to the main draw,
which will be played the following morning.

Uniforms will be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry.
Players of the same team must wear the same colour and style of shorts.
The display of players' sponsors’ logos on shorts and accessories is
free as long as it complies with FIVB advertising regulations.
Organisers will provide playing tank tops and tops
for all competition days
Only
players who
have signed the 2005 Challenger/Satellite Player's Agreement
and
who have no outstanding fines
will
be considered eligible to take part in
this
event. |
