Players are responsible for their own international and
domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are
requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.
The organiser will
arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all
main draw players,
officials
and referees, including transportation between the nearest international
airport and the site.
Hotel:
All teams will be
responsible for their own board and lodging costs, with
the exception of
host country teams,
whose rooms will be covered by the organizer.

Only players who have properly registered
and complied with FIVB regulations, signed the Challenger/Satellite
Player’s Agreement and who have no outstanding fines with the FIVB will
be considered eligible to take part in this event.
It is mandatory that all athletes have
their own liability and medical insurance.
Neither
the
FIVB
nor
the promoter will be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred
while competing in
this
