Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

The organiser will arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all main draw participants, including transportation between the nearest international airport (Pescara) and the site, and when needed, between the official hotel(s) (more far away than 1 km) and the venue of any technical and official hospitality or social functions.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
The organization guarantees shuttle service for all Main Draw players between the nearest airport and the hotel. Whoever shall require shuttle service must inform the promoters of his/her travel itinerary within 48 hours before his/her arrival and 24 hours before his/her departure.

The promoter will cover the board & lodging costs of all the national teams taking part in the main draw. All players are however personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

Please note that there will be no qualification tournament for the women, only a country quota playoff to determine the 4 teams to fill the 16-team main draw roster.

Players must attend the Preliminary Inquiry & Technical Meetings. Draws will be made during the meeting; seeding and detailed information on the competition will be distributed to players during the meeting. Uniforms will also be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry. Players of the same team must wear the same colour and style of shorts. The display of players' sponsorsí logos on shorts and accessories is free as long as it complies with FIVB advertising regulations.

Organisers will provide playing tops for the Saturday and Sunday matches only.

Only players who have signed the 2005 Challenger/Satellite Player's Agreement and who have no outstanding fines will be considered eligible to take part in this event.
