Players are responsible for their own international and
domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are
requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.
The organiser will
arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all main
draw participants
between the
nearest international airport (Pescara) and the site, and when needed,
between the official hotel(s) (if
more than 1 km
away) and the
venue.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Whoever
will require
shuttle
service is asked
to inform
the organizer of
his travel
itinerary within
48 hours of his
arrival and
by
24 hours before
departure from
the site

The promoter will
cover the board & lodging costs of all the national teams taking part in
the main draw.
All players are however personally responsible for all
and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc
that must be paid at checkout.

Organisers will provide playing tops for the Saturday and Sunday matches
only.
*It
is mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical
insurance.
Neither the
FIVB nor
the promoter will be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred
while competing in
this
tournament.
**Furthermore, only
players who have properly registered and complied with FIVB regulations,
signed the Challenger/Satellite Player’s Agreement and who have no
outstanding fines with the FIVB will be considered eligible to take part
in this event. |
