2000 seat stadium minimum capacity, including 250 seats roofed area for media, delegations, sponsors, authorities and officials.

US$ 30,000.- prize money to be paid by the organiser to main draw teams as per the following breakdown, in cash, & upon conclusion of the event:

Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

The organiser will arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all teams, officials and referees, including transportation between Porto Santo’s international airport and the site.

The promoter will cover all board & lodging costs for all Main Draw teams from the evening of September 8^th until the morning of September 11^th.

All players are however personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

Organisers will also provide playing tank tops for all participating players

• Only players who have properly registered with the FIVB, signed the Challenger / Satellite Player’s Agreement and who have no outstanding fines with the FIVB will be considered eligible to take part in this event.
   

• It is also mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical insurance. Neither the FIVB nor the promoter will be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred while competing in a tournament.
