The Promoter has the pleasure to welcome all main draw players arriving in the Ukraine at the Boryspil international airport. Please send all travel information, arrival times & flight numbers by July 24^th by fax or mail, Fax +380 44 467-52-52 or E-mail: up@gasoil.kiev.ua.

Local transportation for any other persons, such as coaches, guests, or family members will not be under the promoter's responsibility while all players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

The Organizers will tehrefore provide local transportation through shuttle transport between the Kiev airport, Hotel ”Tourist” and the competition venue.

Players, flying by air, should go from Boryspil International Airport by bus to the South Terminal of “Kiev-Pasazhyrskiy” Railway Station and then by underground subway to “Vokzalnaya” metro station. From “Vokzalnaya” metro station players should go to “Levoberezhnaya” metro station (Hotel “Tourist”).

Players traveling by train should go by metro from “Vokzalnaya” to the “Levoberezhnaya” metro station (Hotel “Tourist”).

Hotel accommodation:
The organizer will provide Main Draw teams (including the athletes proceeding from the Qualification Tournament into the Main Draw) with hotel accommodation (double room) in the organizer’s designated hotel and with meals from the evening of Thursday 28^th July thru breakfast on Monday August 1^st.

ALL Players are personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

Qualification Tournament teams will be responsible for all their expenses.

The Qualification Tournament will be preceded by the “Country Quota Playoff” matches (with a single-elimination format) to determine the teams eligible to participate in the Main Draw through the Qualification Tournament.

The Qualification Tournament will be based on a single-elimination format in order to define 8 teams advancing to the Main Draw.

The Main Draw: 32 team, double-elimination format.

Only players who have signed the 2005 Challenger/Satellite Player's Agreement and who have no outstanding fines will be considered eligible to take part in this event.
