  • 10:00  Preliminary Inquiry at the Emerald Hotel for all teams

Players must attend the Preliminary Inquiry and present their uniforms and official forms "players' commitment  & health certificate" (if not already sent to the FIVB) as well as the prize money bank details.

  • 11:00  Technical Meeting at Emerald Hotel for all teams

Players must also attend the Technical Meeting. Draws will be made during this meeting; seeding and additional detailed information on the competition will be distributed to players as well.

Thursday  24 February - 8 Main Draw matches

Friday 25 February - 8 Main Draw matches

Saturday 26 February  - 8 Main Draw matches

Sunday 27 February - 6 matches plus semi-finals & finals

Monday 28 February - Departure 

Training courts will be available from the morning of the 23rd of February and onward

Total # of competition courts:  1 court
Total # of warm-up courts:   1 court off-site

Board & Lodging / International & Local Transportation

Board & lodging:
The promoter will cover the board & lodging costs of all national teams taking part in the main draw.
All players are however personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

International transportation:
Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

Local transportation:
The organiser will arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all main draw participants, Officials and referees, including transportation between the nearest international airport and the site, and when needed, between the official hotel(s) and the venue of any technical and official hospitality or social functions.

Please forward all travel itineraries to the promoter.


Uniforms will be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry. Players of the same team must wear the same colour and style of shorts. The display of players' sponsorsí logos on shorts and accessories is free as long as it complies with FIVB advertising regulations.

**Organisers will provide players with tank tops**


It is mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical insurance. Neither the FIVB nor the promoter can be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred while competing in the tournament.
