 The
capital city of Ukraine, Kiev, will host the men’s
Beach Volleyball Challenger event in July. With the
Ukraine being the second largest country in Europe,
after Russia, Kiev has a population of 2.63mln and is
one of the biggest cities in Europe. It has been
standing on steep hills overlooking the Dnipro River
for more than 1,500 years in the north central part of
the country.
 This
capital city has a great cultural potential with many
museums, theatres, and exhibitions and many
monuments of history, culture and architecture.
With
plenty of parks and places of historical interest Kiev,
is a great place to visit. The Hydropark beach is
located on the island Peredmestnaya Slobodka and is a
favourite spot in summertime for locals to swim, play
beach volleyball, tennis or badminton. This beautiful
beach makes a great setting for this Challenger event which
will bring together some of the top beach volleyball
teams from around the world.
