Russia is set to stage its first FIVB Beach Volleyball Men's and Women's Challenger events in Vladivostok from July 30 to August 3.

Thirty two teams in both the Men's and Women's competitions will be competing in qualifying for the 16 places available in the main draw. Total Prize Money of US$60,000 will be split equally between the two events.

Vladivostok, Russia's largest port city of the Pacific Ocean and the administrative centre of Primorsky Krai, is situated at the head of the Golden Horn Bay not far from the Russo-Chinese border and North Korea.
