For accompanying persons and for the

Qualification players a service fee

of 35 € needs to be charged and paid on

site before the start of the

tournament and the documents will be

sent directly by DHL (to your expense).

Business visa invitations need more

then 4 weeks to prepare from the

organizer’s site, so you need to send a

scanned color copy of your passport, the

name of the city with Russian

Counsel Department where you are

going to apply for your visa and post

address of your National Federation,

telephone number and name of the contact

person

Invitations can also be issued by the 
hotel, but only for the duration of the 
stay if room is booked and paid. 
This takes app. 1 week and hotel will 
charge the cost of the room in case of no
show.

Documents you need to present to the 
Russian Consulate in order to receive your Russian Visa

1.	Your Passport with valid date for 
min 6 months after visa date and 
a minimum of two clean 
passport pages;
2.	Russian Embassy Application Form 
in two copies - filled and signed;
3.	One recently done color 
passport photo; Do not use a 
printout from 
your Laserjet!  It must be a real photo.
4.	For your information: it takes 
around two weeks to get your visa 
(depending on the specific schedule 
of work of the each Embassy in 
each country).
5.	The sooner you start to get your 
visa the less it will cost.
