Italy, September 07, 2003 - China's golden girls Jia
Tian and Fei Wang have rewritten the history books for
the second time in two weeks with back to back
SWATCH-FIVB World Tour titles after claiming the gold
medal at the $150,000 EstaThé Italian Open on Sunday.
After becoming the first team from the world's most
populated country to win a gold medal on the World Tour
by claiming the Bali Open title at the end of August,
the two 22-year-olds have claimed gold again after
fighting back from one set down to beat Brazilian second
seeds Adriana Behar and Shelda 2-1 (17-21, 22-20,
15-11).
