Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

Shuttle Service
The organiser will arrange and be responsible for all local transportation for all main draw participants between the nearest international airport (Napoli), the site and the hotel.

Whoever will require shuttle service must please inform the below persons of her travel itinerary at least 48 hours before her arrival into Napoli and at least 24 hours before her departure. Please contact:

Board & lodging
The promoter will cover the board & lodging costs for all the national teams taking part in the main draw.

All players are however personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc. that must be paid at checkout.

Organisers will provide playing tops for the Saturday and Sunday matches only.

Only players who have properly registered and complied with FIVB regulations, who have signed the Challenger / Satellite player’s agreement and who have no outstanding fines to be paid will be considered eligible to take part in this event.

It is mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical insurance. Neither the FIVB nor the promoter will be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred while competing in this tournament.
