Players are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any airport taxes or visa expenses. Players are requested to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed.

To enter into Liechtenstein, Swiss visa regulations are applicable. There is no border between Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The organiser will be responsible for arranging and providing local transportation between the airport (Zurich) /hotel /venue. Please contact the promoter to provide them with your respective travel itineraries in order to allow them to arrange the travel accordingly.

Local transportation for any other persons such as coaches, guests, teams, physiotherapist, friends or family members will not be the promoter’s responsibility

Hotel:
The promoter will cover board & lodging costs for all national teams taking part in the main draw.

All players are however personally responsible for all and any extras at the hotel such as minibar, phone calls, laundry, etc that must be paid at checkout.

Training court available from Wednesday 18^th (1 court) during day time; distance approximately 10 km; transportation by public bus available.

Total # of competition courts: 1 center court, 2 side courts + 1 warm-up court: transportation from the warm-up court to center court (up to 2 minutes) will be provided by the organizer.

The Organiser will also provide playing tank tops and tops for the Main Draw only
 

• Only players who have properly registered with the FIVB, signed the Challenger / Satellite Player’s Agreement and who have no outstanding fines will be considered eligible to take part in this event.
   

• It is mandatory that all athletes have their own liability and medical insurance. Neither the FIVB nor the Organiser will be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred while competing in a tournament.
